Tickets are non-cancellable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable once purchased.
Ticket reservations are valid until 45 minutes before the show. Please collect your tickets from the Box Office at least 45 minutes prior to the screening.
Children over 3 ft. in height require a separate ticket.
3D glasses will be provided for 3D films and must be returned before exiting.
In case of loss or damage to 3D glasses, a fee will be charged as per CINEROYALE policies.
Children under 16 years old are not permitted to attend 'A' rated films. Proof of age may be required.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the cinema.
Entry is permitted only for valid ticket holders.
CINEROYALE is not responsible for the theft or loss of personal belongings.
Unauthorized filming with cameras, phones, tablets, etc., is strictly prohibited.
